Question #3: Environment has a huge effect on every individual's learning because if one is in a classroom without boards or computers, a math class would be pretty hard to teach and learn in. If there aren't certain environmental aspects such as desks, boards, lights in the room, the learning environment isn't the best. I'm not saying that learning cannot be accomplished, but it is a lot harder for it to fully be accomplished without a stable environment.
I was very confused about your first question as well and this is what I came up with -you can't process two different verbal tasks at the same because your phonological loop can't process two things. You can process a verbal and visual things at the same time because your phonological and visuospatial sketchpad can process the two at the same time. I hope this helps!
