Mod 23 Blog 2

1. Something that just doesn’t seem to be clicking for me is metacognition. Specifically, in correlation to teaching methods and how it differs from critical thinking.

2. Back when we were learning about Vygotsky, I had trouble about grouping. The chapter about Vygotsky and the chapter about grouping was hard for me to connect. I know Vygotsky was all for cooperative learning and being with others to learn, but there are so many ways to group, that some clarification would be nice.

3. And I’m still confused about environments characteristics from Module 10. Response facilitation effect, response inhibition effect and response disinhibition effect still seem like random words in my mind and don’t make much sense given the books examples.
